Polène offers a 15-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. We strive to ensure your leather goods meet your highest expectations through a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original dust bag and protective box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
