Where are Polène products manufactured?
All our collections are designed in Paris and handcrafted in Ubrique, Spain, by skilled artisans using high-quality leathers sourced from Italian and Spanish tanneries.
What are your international shipping options?
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location, and tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
How should I care for my leather bag?
To preserve the quality of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to light and moisture. We recommend using a soft, dry cloth for cleaning and applying a specialized leather milk periodically.
Are customs duties included in the price?
For orders shipped to the European Union and the USA, duties are included. For other international destinations, local taxes and customs duties may be applied by the carrier upon arrival.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed by our logistics team. Therefore, we are generally unable to modify or cancel orders, but you may return the item once received.
